Our Manufacturing Process
Step by step
8 stages, from inquiry to shipping
Step 01
Inquiry
You send your products, quantities, sport, customization and any artwork or tech pack through the Inquiry Cart or by email.
Step 02
Requirement Review
We review your specification with you — product, materials, decoration method, sizing and delivery needs — and prepare a quotation.
Step 03
Sampling
Where you want to see the product first, a paid sample is produced. Sample lead time is normally 3–7 business days.
Step 04
Approval
You approve the sample, design and specifications. Production timing is counted from this approval.
Step 05
Production
Your order is manufactured at our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, to the approved specification.
Step 06
Quality Checks
Quality checks are carried out before goods move to packaging and shipping.
Step 07
Packaging
Goods are packed for shipment, including custom packaging where it forms part of your order.
Step 08
Shipping
Your order ships by the agreed method — FOB, courier, air freight or sea freight — with delivery arrangements available for USA buyers.

Samples, production and shipping
Samples
3–7 business days
Paid samples are available so you can check fit, fabric and decoration before bulk production. Sample timing starts once the design is confirmed.
Production timing
MOQ-level teamwear can typically be completed within approximately 7 days after the design and specifications are approved.
Timing for larger orders depends on quantity, product and customization requirements, and is confirmed at quotation.
